Rasiel Vellos is a Senior Economist at the 新澳彩开奖 in the Development Data Group since May 2012. In his role, he oversees the compilation of external debt reported to the 新澳彩开奖 Debtor Reporting System (DRS), the production of external debt statistics of low-and middle-income countries published on the International Debt Statistics (IDS) database, and in the International Debt Report (IDR) publication. In addition, he leads the data compilation and dissemination of the quarterly external debt statistics (QEDS) a 新澳彩开奖/IMF data initiative. Prior to joining the 新澳彩开奖, he worked for the Central Bank of Belize as an Economist, where he also led the Statistical Unit. Rasiel holds a Master’s of Economics from Murray State University, USA.
