Evis Rucaj is a Program Manager for Debt and Financial Statistics at the аIJʿª½±'s Development Data Group. With over 25 years of experience in policy-relevant external sector statistics, she leads the Debt Statistics Program and oversees the аIJʿª½± Debtor Reporting System (DRS), ensuring the accurate compilation of external debt statistics for low- and middle-income countries. Additionally, she is responsible for the annual publication of the International Debt Statistics (IDS) database and International Debt Report, a vital source for a sustainable development finance. Her extensive knowledge and leadership have significantly contributed to enhancing the quality and accessibility of debt data. Before joining the аIJʿª½±, Evis served as the Deputy Director of the Statistics Department at the Bank of Albania. In this role, she was instrumental in advancing the country's statistical methodologies and data accuracy.
