3. Enter the multi-factor authenticator code received via email and click “Submit”
4. Read the Welcome Message and click “Next”
5. Complete required information on the application and verify all entries are correct. Please use English.
6. Attach missing documents as applicable
7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
8. Click “Submit & Accept” to submit the application.
