IFC seeks the services of a specialized strategic / technical / commercial PPP consultant firm (the “Consultant”) to perform a preliminary analysis (the ‘Preliminary Analysis’) to identify a list of potential PPP projects and to provide advice on the high-level feasibility of selected PPP projects. The Preliminary Analysis will focus on the following sectors:* healthcare;* municipal services - water (supply and wastewater; flood protection/drainage);* municipal services - solid waste (collection; recycling; waste-to-energy);* public transport; and* energy and energy efficiencyThe Preliminary Analysis will include the following principal tasks:Task 1. Sector Mapping - review of available studies; strategies and programs.Task 2. Interviews with key stakeholders and long-list of projectsTask 3. Building a short-list of potential PPP projectsTask 4. Preliminary analysis of the selected priority projectsThroughout the assignment; the Consultant will be available to support IFC in the presentation and the discussion of the Preliminary Analysis with relevant counterparts.
