  • SOLICITATION NUMBER: 0002010863
  • INSTITUTION:  IBRD/IDA
  • ISSUE DATE AND TIME: Aug 21,2024 20:07
  • CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Sep 11,2024 23:59

The short; targeted stakeholder survey will provide CGAP with a snapshot of how stakeholders engage with CGAP¡¯s knowledge and insights; how they perceive the relevance and usefulness of CGAP¡¯s engagement; knowledge-sharing; and communication; and the impact it has had on their organizations. By conducting the survey approximately every two years; CGAP aims to track the extent and nature of our influence and make course corrections; as needed; to optimize our influence with both key inclusive finance stakeholders and other development actors. This is particularly important for the CGAP VII Strategy period; as CGAP has begun to explore the intersections of inclusive finance and other development priorities; such as climate change; more intensively. This requires CGAP to engage with stakeholders beyond its typical audiences and build new ways to communicate and influence. Results from the stakeholder survey will therefore inform CGAP how to maximize our influence.Additionally; the survey will provide data for our Corporate Results Framework and as such will include certain questions around stakeholders¡¯ take-in and take-action behaviors. It will also suggest revisions to targets ¨C and possibly the indicators themselves ¨C for the CGAP corporate results framework in FY25 and beyond. It will also provide updated guidance on the information and communication preferences of CGAP¡¯s stakeholders based on their priority topics; organization category; and level of seniority.
